Mickey Bono aka BEAT THRILLERZ is an internationally known music producer and DJ based out of Orlando, FL. Mickey has been one of the remixers for the world-renowned remix service Ultimix since 2012.
Mickey Bono has been producing music and DJing since 1995. He earned a degree in Music Production and Engineering from ARTI (Audio Recording Technology Institute). He began his professional production career with the electronic dance band K5, which was signed to Robbins Entertainment/BMG in the US, ISBA Records in Canada and Universal Records in Germany. K5 had a Billboard Magazine Hot 100 hit with the song “Passion”. The music video for “Passion” made MTV Germany’s TRL countdown show in 2001. Mickey had continued success with K5's follow up singles "Lovin' Feelin'" and "You Make Me Feel Good"
In 2006, Mickey created the Beat Thrillerz and its first single, “Rain” featuring vocalist Melodie Joy was licensed to be played in all Abercrombie & Fitch stores and was featured on their website in April and May of 2006 and March 2007. Mickey also produced and co-wrote Rockell’s 2006 single “L.O.V.E.”, which was licensed to the legendary Louie Devito's “NYC Underground Party Vol.7.” Both were co-written by Mickey’s longtime lyricist collaborator, Hurley Constantine. In 2008, Mickey Bono produced and signed singer Joseph to Value Link Records and had a dance hit with his song, “Your Love Still Haunts Me”
In 2009, Beat Thrillerz released their own version “Your Love Still Haunts Me” featuring Canadian singer Elissa. The song was licensed to Canada’s largest independent dance music label SPG Music. On September 28th 2009, the song’s video became the #1 video on Canada’s BPM:tv Hot 20 Dance Music video countdown show.
Beat Thrillerz remixes of Marcus Knight’s new single “Throw Me Down” and Beat Thrillerz featuring Vyce “Unattainable Crush” were released on Australia’s Generation Records.

Beat Thrillerz collaboration with Phunk from Granite & Phunk, as Phunk & Beat Thrillerz "Lose Control" featuring UK vocalist Katy Allen, was a big hit on dance music radio in 2011. "Lose Control" was produced and mixed at Beat Thrillerz Studio with the vocals being recorded at the world famous Metropolis Studios in London. It reached top 10 on stations such as SiriusXM BPM, Radio Danz, The Beat, Fusion Radio and The Vibe. It finished 2011 as Sirius XM BPM's #46 most played song of the year. The track was signed to Next Plateau Entertainment, which is distributed by Universal/Republic Records. Mickey's Beat Thrillerz Remix of Morgan Page's hit single "Fight For You" was selected by Nettwerk Records and by Morgan Page as the remix contest winner out of over 2000 worldwide entries.
Since 2012, Beat Thrillerz remixes have been played worldwide through an partnership with the #1 remix service since 1985, Ultimix.

Mickey held long residencies at some of Orlando’s biggest and most upscale nightclubs, such as Bliss Ultra Lounge, Vintage, Club 23, Vain, House Of Blues, Roxy, Rix Lounge, Club LaVela, Embassy, Tabu, Glo Lounge, Voyage, Loft 55 and Rhythm & Flow. Mickey is also the DJ for the Orlando business networking company Red Carpet Monday.
Over Mickey's career he has collaborated with artists such as Rockell ("L.O.V.E.), Mezo, and produced other side projects, Exphonix (with Corey Rudowitz) and Joseph ("Your Love Still Haunts Me").
